Where are my products?
Sometimes products may arrive in separate packages as there are different suppliers. Please allow up to 2 weeks for the Korean Skin Care products to arrive as they are shipped from Korea, to Canada, then to the U.S., so they may take a little longer to arrive than the Western skincare and may come in a separate package.
Am I able to get a refund for products that I don’t enjoy?
Unfortunately, all sales are final. No refund or exchanges. But I’d recommend gifting to a friend or using on a different body part. Use a sunscreen you don’t enjoy on your face, on your body. If the exfoliant is a bit too intense, gift to a friend with more oily or resilient skin and try a gentler enzyme. Moisturizer too thick? Give to your sister who has drier skin.
What is the best facial to start with?
